The goal of the Program to Support Attractions (CMDP) is to increase the capacities of high value-added production, exports, employment, efficiency, technology and innovation of cities with high added value in relatively backward and migrating regions in order to ensure a more balanced settlement order in the country and to direct migration gradually.

Guided projects are special projects whose subject and conditions are determined under the leadership and direction of the Agency in line with the priorities stipulated in the regional plan. The agency can support guided projects whose feasibility has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
