• Local potential, the dynamics, uniqueness, and to mobilize resources and opportunities by uncovering the national and international markets, the economic, social, cultural, will transform into a value;
• As a result, both national, regional and local level as well as economic and social indicators, including particularly the improvement of employment and income, reduce disparities between regions and within the region and thus increase the country's overall prosperity and stability will make positive contributions to strengthening.
